If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or encounter an issue that makes the service unusable, and we cannot resolve it within 48 hours, you are eligible for a full refund. Refund requests must be made within 72 hours of the purchase date. Requests made after this period will not qualify for a refund.

1.2 Partial Refunds:

Refunds requested after the initial 72-hour period but during the active subscription may be eligible for a partial refund based on the time used. Our support team will work with you to resolve any refund requests.

1.3 Refund Timeline:

Refunds will be processed within 20 to 90 business days, depending on the payment processor. While we strive to initiate refunds promptly upon verification, delays may occur due to payment processing timelines beyond our control.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Include your order ID in the subject line with the title: “Request a Refund.”
  2. Describe the issue you are facing and provide a reason for the refund request.
  3. Provide any additional proof or information if requested to better understand the issue.
  4. Send your refund request to support@iptv-uk.vip.

You will receive a response explaining our findings and decision regarding the refund request to ensure full transparency.

3. Conditions for Refunds

3.1 Technical Support Requirement:

Refunds for technical issues will only be processed if you have allowed us to assist you adequately in resolving the problem. If we cannot resolve your issue within 48 hours of receiving your support request, a refund will be issued.

3.2 72-Hour Refund Period:

Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of your purchase. Refunds will not be issued after this period unless the service is unusable for more than 48 hours due to an issue caused by us.

3.3 Credit Card Refunds:

Refunds for credit card payments will generally be processed and credited back to your account within 20 to 31 business days. In some cases, processing may take up to 90 days. IPTV UK is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4. Exclusions from Refunds

Refunds or partial refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

4.1 User Setup Issues:

If you are unable to set up your box, device, or system, we will provide the best support available. However, we cannot issue refunds for setup issues as we are not responsible for external hardware or device-related problems beyond our provided setup instructions.

4.2 Temporary Channel Issues:

Certain channels may occasionally experience freezing, buffering, or downtime due to:

  • Internet fluctuations on the customer’s side.
  • Device or setup problems.
  • ISP-related issues.
  • Temporary server-side issues.

These issues are typically temporary, and refunds will not be issued for them. Our engineers work continuously to resolve such problems.

4.3 Change of Mind:

Refunds will not be issued if you change your mind after purchasing or decide to opt out without a technical issue or problem with the service.

5. Compensation for Extended Outages

If your IPTV subscription is inaccessible for more than 48 hours due to an issue caused by us, we will either:

  • Fully refund the package price, or
  • Extend your subscription to compensate for the lost time.

Additionally, we may offer a bonus for the inconvenience, negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
